The Foster Youth to Independence (FYI) initiative makes Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) assistance available to Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) in partnership with Public Child Welfare Agencies (PCWAs).
This webinar focused on practical solutions to leverage FYI vouchers to help solve the housing crisis for our transition age youth. Ruth White, Executive Director of the National Center for Housing & Child Welfare, joined us to share resources to aid in linking youth to FYI vouchers, recruiting landlords and service providers.
