Dear Friend,

It is with immense appreciation that we share with you the Alliance for Children’s Rights’ 2022-2023 Impact Report. The stories it shares—of both individual lives and broader systems that have been impacted by our advocacy—are testament to the power we have as an Alliance to create brighter futures.

Every day, I am moved by the incredible resilience and courage of young people, and their ability—despite acute adversity—to persist, to heal, and to inspire. They, and the caregivers who step up for them, put their trust in us as their advocates. It is a special honor to advance justice and wellbeing for the young people in our child welfare, juvenile justice, and guardianship systems, and to collaborate with our community to make those systems better.

This past year, the Alliance served nearly 5,500 children, young adults, and families with a holistic range of legal representation, social services, and systemic solutions—removing barriers and providing access to education, physical and mental healthcare, housing, jobs, financial support, and other essential services that create stability, security, and opportunity for youth. This all is made possible, thanks to you and our exceptional team of volunteers, community partners, foundations, supporters, youth, families, and staff who make up the Alliance for Children’s Rights. Explore what a difference we can make together as you read this inspiring report and know how grateful we are that you are standing with us. Thank you!

Please give todayto help us restore justice and generate opportunity for children and young adults — when they need us now, and in the years ahead.

In solidarity and gratitude,

Jennifer L. Braun
