Toolkit

For caregivers who need help through the Resource Family Approval process. The toolkit includes a narrative explaining RFA step-by-step, as well as an appendix full of supplemental tools.

January 25 • 10AM — AB 260 (Chapter 578, Statutes of 2021) added new requirements to ensure that parties in probate guardianship cases are informed about the available options and resources, and clarified the process by which a probate court may refer matters to the child welfare agency and juvenile dependency court.
