How you can help:

If you or your firm are involved in a class action case and are unable to fully distribute the settlement funds, your nomination of the Alliance for Children’s Rights as a Cy Pres recipient can help make a real difference for kids or young adults.

An award of Cy Pres funds to the Alliance can ensure that these residual funds will be used to improve outcomes for and protect the rights of vulnerable children and families in need of justice.
