We discussed the requirements and best practices for creating and utilizing Child and Family Teams. Specifically, panelists discussed what is required in the formation and facilitation of Child and Family Teams, and delved deeper into how to ensure that CFTs are a key support system for the children, youth and families.

We heard from caregivers and youth that have been part of CFTs to understand what works.
