To find a Medi-Cal accepting dentist
- Ask your social worker for help!
- Denti-Cal Beneficiary Helpline at (800) 322-6384.

If Medi-Cal says “NO” and you want to appeal:
- Ask for a state fair hearing within 90 days!**
- Call (800) 952-5253, or
- Ask for a hearing in writing – use the form on the back of the notice you received denying the dental care
**If the denial is for on-going care, ask for Aid Paid Pending within 10 days of receiving a notice that the care is denied.
