Joselin Hernandez Blas

Advocate and Trainer, Education Program

Joselin Hernandez (she/her) is the Advocate and Trainer, for the Education Program, helping babies and youth with early intervention and special education needs.

Specializing in these areas, Joselin is the first point-of-contact for caregivers to address youths’ needs and concerns. She also works closely with regional centers, schools, and districts to obtain records and compiling them so attorneys can further assist with the needs of youth.

Joselin is a first-generation graduate from the University of California, Davis where she received a B.S. in human development, a B.A. in psychology, and a minor in sociology.
