Daniella Hernandez

Operations Coordinator, Opportunity Youth Collaborative

Daniella Hernandez is the Los Angeles Opportunity Youth Collaborative (OYC) Operations Coordinator at the Alliance, with over four years of experience helping historically marginalized communities access higher education and meaningful employment. Having specialized in youth programming and coordination in the nonprofit sector, Daniella offers a deep commitment to youth-centered pedagogy and community-building initiatives. Before this role, they worked with Indigenous youth at the Copper River Native Association in Glennallen, Alaska, helping advance local youth employment and land stewardship efforts. She joined the Alliance in early 2026 and is very excited to assist on the operational end of the OYC team. Daniella has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chicana/o-Latina/o Studies and Environmental Analysis from Pomona College, part of the Claremont Colleges consortium. She currently lives with her family near Huntington Park, California.
