Cindy Espinoza-Rodas

Cindy Espinoza-Rodas (she/her) serves as the Director for the Alliance of Moms with 13 years of experience working with foster youth and families. Specializing in project management, relationship building, and advocacy for early intervention and special education for our youngest clients, Cindy brings knowledge and passion to our mission and the community we serve.

Cindy graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a double major in criminal justice and political science. She also completed a Paralegal Certificate Program from the University of San Diego. Before joining the Alliance, Cindy interned at the Public Law Center in Santa Ana and the California State Attorney General’s Office.
