Angel Rading

Angel Rading is a dedicated professional at the Alliance with extensive experience in youth mentoring and social equity.

Specializing in youth development, Angel has witnessed the profound impact of mentoring firsthand and is passionate about fostering positive change.

Before joining the Alliance, Angel held roles at Covington & Burling, The Law Offices of Shan Potts, and other notable organizations. She was part of the inaugural cohort of the Youth Mentoring Nexus Visionaries and has now transitioned to a new role within YMN.

Since joining the Alliance, Angel has actively contributed to various organizations supporting foster youth, leveraging her lived experience to make a meaningful impact.

Angel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and African American Studies, with a minor in International Relations, and a Paralegal Certification from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Los Angeles native and is excited to contribute to the team.
