Amelia MacRae

Amelia MacRae (she/her) is the Associate Director of Grants and Program Outcomes at the Alliance. As a member of the Institutional Giving team, she focuses on cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate and foundation funders to advance our mission, while also partnering with program staff to evaluate effectiveness and share our impact with the community.

Prior to this role, Amelia has spent her career in nonprofit development, with more than fifteen years of experience writing grant proposals and reports, evaluating and summarizing program impact, and managing institutional funding relationships. She began her career in Pittsburgh, PA and has a history of working for educational and healthcare institutions, including at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and, most recently, Fulfillment Fund.

Amelia holds a Master of Public Administration from the Graduate School of International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Nonprofit Management, and a B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
