Dear Friends,

I am proud to share the Alliance for Children’s Rights’ 2025–2026 Impact Report with you. These pages tell the story of a community choosing to stand with young people through some of life’s greatest challenges. They show what is possible when direct legal representation, social work, and policy advocacy come together.

Every day, we see the life-changing impact of this work. Youth facing overwhelming barriers gain access to education, healthcare, housing, and career opportunities. Children find loving, permanent families through adoption out of foster care. Families receive the support they need to remain strong. These individual success stories also become lasting investments in stronger communities and in generations whose lives are forever changed.   

When last year brought new and growing pressures for children in foster care and guardianships across Los Angeles, we helped young people and families navigate increasingly complex systems to secure the services they needed.  

The year ahead will demand even more of us. We will meet the moment guided by the same belief that has shaped our work for more than 30 years: every child deserves safety, opportunity, and the support they need to thrive. We will do so, thanks to your generosity, your compassion, and your belief in justice.
