The Alliance for Children’s Rights is pleased to present its Strategic Plan for the years 2024/25—2028/29.
Over the past year, the Alliance has come together to assess the progress achieved over the past three decades. This collaboration has highlighted the unique strengths that empower the organization to make an even greater impact today. It has also illuminated the path forward for meeting the current and emerging needs of young people and families. The goal remains to create justice and opportunity for clients and the broader community.
The strategic plan outlines seven key priorities designed to guide the Alliance in its mission. These priorities include:
- Reaching clients earlier with proactive interventions.
- Strengthening the capacity to sustain growth.
- Leveraging unique expertise to champion systems change.
- Centering the clients’ perspectives.
- Evaluating the impact to drive organizational learning.
- Advancing the commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice goals.
- Securing funding for the Alliance, both for today and future generations.
