The Alliance of Moms, an auxiliary group of the Alliance for Children’s Rights, launched a Mother’s Day t-shirt campaign in partnership with Omaze, which raised thousands of dollars, and was featured in In-Style magazine.
Several celebrity supporters including Christina Applegate, Kathryn Hahn, Selma Blair, Jaime King, David Lynch, and Dax Shepherd wore the “LIKE A MOTHER” t-shirt and their children wore the “LOVE MY MOTHER” t-shirt. Actress and Alliance of Moms supporter Kristen Bell spoke on Ellen’s Mother’s Day show to support for the campaign.
