Yolanda McFarlane
Director, Intake and Client Database
Yolanda McFarlane (she/her) is the Intake and Client Database Director at the Alliance, with over 15 years of service and experience, helping to assist children in out-of-home care in Los Angeles County. She has developed a strong intake process that targets the needs of the community.
Before joining the Alliance, Yolanda also worked for Bet Tzedek Legal Services in the human resources department.
Since joining the Alliance in 2006, it has updated the intake processes and procedures while maintaining the legal database.
