Nina Bailey

Nina Bailey is the Human Resources Coordinator at the Alliance with 3 years of HR and over 15 years of family and children services helping communities and the employees that work beside them with gaining access to resources, obtaining compassionate care, and resolving challenges around conflict and belonging.  Specializing in DEI and employee engagement , Nina looks forward to assisting with streamlining processes and creating an environment of transparency and trust. Before joining the Alliance, Nina worked in non-profit and government sectors as a case manager and HR professional. While Nina has years of experience working in community care, she is also a trained death doula, and studying to become a full spectrum birth doula prioritizing marginalized communities.  Nina earned her degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ. She lives with her partner in Upland, CA.
