Nicolas Muñoz
Senior Staff Attorney
Nicolas Muñoz (he/his) serves as a Senior Staff Attorney for the Alliance’s Education Program. Specializing in special education and early intervention matters, he works with foster parents, adoptive parents, and guardians to ensure foster youth impacted by disabilities receive the services necessary to facilitate developmental milestones and grant access to an appropriate education.
Nicolas holds a B.A. in philosophy from California State University, Fresno, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
