Suit Filed Against LAUSD on Behalf of Students with Special Needs

The Alliance for Children’s Rights, the Learning Rights Law Center, and Milbank have filed a suit in the California Supreme Court to force LAUSD to comply with its most basic duty under the law: to ensure that students who need assessments and safe in-person instruction or support in order to access their education get what they need.
