FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

THE GEORGE ZAJFEN TOURNAMENT – TENNIS FOR TOTS RAISES $200,000 FOR THE ALLIANCE FOR CHILDREN’S RIGHTS

LOS ANGELES, September 18, 2025 – The George Zajfen Tournament – Tennis for Tots raised $200,000 to benefit the Alliance for Children’s Rights, providing vital support to children and families impacted by foster care. Hosted by Kelly and Julian Zajfen in honor of George Oliver Zajfen, the annual event brought together community members, celebrities, and supporters to raise awareness for the Alliance’s critical work.

“Each year, this tournament reminds us of the power of love, community, and purpose,” said Kelly Zajfen, Alliance for Children’s Rights Board Member and Co-Founder of Alliance for Moms. “This tournament is more than a day of tennis—it’s a celebration of compassion and the lasting impact our son, George, continues to inspire.”

Presented by The Archewell Foundation and Ziffren Brittenham LLP, the tournament saw enthusiastic participation from both players and spectators. Proceeds will directly support the Alliance’s work to protect the rights of children in poverty and those overcoming abuse and neglect by providing free legal services, supportive programs, and systemic solutions.

The Archewell Foundation was represented by its founders, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Other notable guests included Amanda Kloots, Shawn Hatosy, Deepika Chopra, and Joe Sumner—all coming together to celebrate community and compassion on and off the court.

“The outpouring of support reflects the compassion and generosity of our community,” said Jennifer BraunCEO and President of the Alliance for Children’s Rights. “Together, we’re helping ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow and thrive.”

“Ziffren Brittenham is proud to support the Zajfen family and the Alliance for Children’s Rights in this meaningful event,” said Cliff Gilbert-Lurie, a senior partner at Ziffren Brittenham LLP and Alliance Board Member. “Honoring George through this tournament is a powerful reminder of how one family’s love and compassion can make a lasting difference in the lives of so many others.”
