David Noble
Policy Associate
As a Policy Associate, David is helping the Alliance and its partners address the racial inequities within the child welfare system. He comes to our organization with a background in research and writing on criminal justice reform. At the National Network for Safe Communities, David wrote white papers, briefs, and other publications, managed media relations, and collected narratives of on-the-ground violence prevention work. While completing his master’s in social work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, he collaborated with the Institute of Innovation in Prosecution on scholarship analyzing strategies to reduce racial disproportionality and disparity in the justice system. David has a bachelor’s in history from Yale University.
