The 5th in the series of World Youth Congresses on Youth and Development will be held in Istanbul, Turkey in 2010. Turkey will welcome 1000 young people from around the world to meet during Istanbul’s year as the European Capital of Culture. The participants will decide, train, perform, discover, volunteer, present and represent in the featured campus of Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul.
